YAT-0-D+ is a absorptive attenuator die fabricated using highly repetitive MMIC process including thin film resistors on Silicon substrate.

YAT-0-D+ attenuator die contains through-wafer Cu metallization vias to realize low thermal resistance and wideband operation.
