Description

The MPQ2169 is an internally compensated, dual, PWM, synchronous, step-down regulator that operates from a 2.7V to 6V input and generates an output voltage as low as 0.6V..

Features

include cycle-by-cycle current limit and thermal shutdown. The MPQ2169 requires a minimal number of readily available, standard, external components and is available in QFN-18 (2mmx3mm) and QFN-18 (2.5mmx3.5mm) packages. MPQ2169 6V, Dual 1.4A/1.4A or 2A/0.8A Low Quiescent Current, Synchronous Buck with PG and SS AEC-Q100 Qualified.
