The architecture of the MB90F244 is based on the MB90242A, and embedded with a 128-Kbyte flash memory. The instruction set is based on the AT architecture of the F2MC* family, with additional high-level language supporting instruction, expanded addressing modes, enhanced multiplication and division instructions, and improved bit processing instructions. In addition, long-word data can now be processed due to the inclusion of a 32-bit accumulator.
