Description
The DGD2106 is a high-voltage / high-speed gate driver capable of driving N-Channel MOSFETs and IGBTs in a half-bridge configuration.

- Schmitt Triggered Logic Inputs with Internal Pull Down
- Undervoltage Lockout for High and Low Side Drivers
