General Description

The CHEUK YUI mini flat coupler CYPC356 is a small outline coupler, suitable for surface mount assembly.

CYPC356 consist of a photo−transistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode, smaller than DIP package, it’s suitable for high-density surface mounting applications such as programmable controllers.

Current transfer ratio (CTR: 50~600% at I F =5mA ,VCE =5V).
High isolation voltage between input and output (Viso=3750 Vrms).
Collector-emitter breakdown voltage BVCEO≥80V.
Operation temperature:-55 to 110 °C.
