MPD3T28125-701 Overview
Description
The MPD3T28125-701 Surface Mount PIN Diode Driver is designed to provide high voltage and high current bias signals to high power PIN diode single pole three throw (SP3T) switches. This PIN diode driver is intended to operate with Aeroflex/Metelics MSW3100 series of surface mount, high power SP3T transmit-receive and symmetrical switches, as well as with switch designs employing discrete PIN diodes.
