Planar Schottky barrier rectifier with an integrated guard ring for stress protection encapsulated in a small SOD123 Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package.
2. Features and benefits
• Forward current: IF ≤ 1 A • Reverse voltage: VR ≤ 30 V • Low forward voltage typ. VF = 450 mV • Low reverse current typ. IR = 40 µA • Small SMD plastic package • Qualified according to AEC-Q101 and recommended for use in automotive applications
