General Description
TPSM8281x is a family of pin-to-pin 3-A and 4-A compatible high efficiency and easy to use synchronous step-down DC/DC power modules with integrated inductors.
They are based on a fixedfrequency peak current-mode control topology.

- Output voltage range: 0.6 V to 5.5 V.
- Adjustable and synchronizable switching frequency of 1.8 MHz to 4 MHz.
