Description

The TPS22908 is a small, low RON load switch with controlled turn on. 40°C to 85°C.

Features

1 Integrated P-Channel Load Switch.
Input Voltage: 1 V to 3.6 V.
1 A Maximum Continuous Switch Current.
On-Resistance (Typical Values).
RON = 28 mΩ at VIN = 3.6 V.
RON = 33 mΩ at VIN = 2.5 V.
RON = 42 mΩ at VIN = 1.8 V.
RON = 70 mΩ at VIN = 1.2 V.
Maximum Quiescent Current = 1 µA.
Maximum Shutdown Current = 1 µA.
Low Control Input Thresholds Enable Use of 1.2V, 1.8-V, 2.5-V, and 3.3-V Logic.
