Description

These identity comparators perform comparisons of two 8-bit binary or BCD words.

An output-enable (OE) input may be used to force the output to the high level.

Features

  • High-current outputs drive up to 10 LSTTL loads.
  • Low power consumption, 80-μA max ICC.
  • Typical tpd = 14 ns.
  • ±4-mA output drive at 5 V.
