  • Supports Mixed-Mode Signal Operation on All Ports (5-V Input/Output Voltage With 3.3-V VCC).
  • Ioff Supports Partial Power-Down-Mode Operation.
  • Latch-Up Performance Exceeds 250 mA Per JESD 17.
