Description

The ISO7240x, ISO7241x, and ISO7242x devices are quad-channel digital isolators with multiple channel configurations and output-enable functions.

These devices have logic-input and logic-output buffers separated by Texas Instrument’s silicon-dioxide (SiO2) isolation barrier.

Features

  • 25 and 150Mbps Signaling Rate Options.
  • Low Channel-to-Channel Output Skew; 1ns Maximum.
  • Low Pulse-Width Distortion (PWD); 2ns Maximum.
  • Low Jitter Content; 1ns Typ at 150Mbps.
  • Selectable Default Output ( ISO7240CF ).
  • > 25-Year Life at Rated Working Voltage (see Isolation Lifetime Projection).
  • 4-kV ESD Protection.
  • Operates With 3.3V or 5V Supplies.
  • High Electromagnetic Immunity (see ISO72x Digital Isolator Magnetic-F.
