WHM14-3020AE/LE 1.2 – 1.6 GHz LOW NOISE WIDE BAND AMPLIFIER REV F March 2013 Key Features Product Description  50 Ohm Impedance WHM14-3020AE/LE integrates WanTcom  1.2 ~ 1.6 GHz proprietary low noise amplifier technologies, high  0.5 dB Noise Figure frequency micro electronic assembly techniques,  30.0 dBm Max PIN, LE Version and high reliability designs to realize optimum low  31.0 dB Gain noise figure, wideband, and high performances  10.0 dBm P1dB  1.22:1 VSWR Fully Matched  Unconditional Stable, k>1  Single Power Supply  >68 Years MTBF together. With single +3.3V DC operation, the amplifier has optimal input and output matching in the specified frequency range at 50-Ohm impedance system. The amplifier has standard 0.50” x 0.35” x 0.08” surface mount package.
