LH1546AAB - 1 Form A Solid-State Relay

Download the LH1546AAB datasheet PDF. This datasheet also covers the LH1546AT variant, as both devices belong to the same 1 form a solid-state relay family and are provided as variant models within a single manufacturer datasheet.

Description

The LH1546 is robust, ideal for telecom and ground fault applications.

It is a SPST normally open switch (1 Form A) that replaces electromechanical relays in many applications.

It is constructed using a GaAlAs LED for actuation control and MOSFET switches for the output.

Features

  • Current limit protection.
  • Isolation test voltage 5300 VRMS A1 6 S1.
  • Typical RON 22 Ω.
  • Load voltage 350 V C2 5 DC.
  • Load current 120 mA.
  • Clean bounce free switching 3 4 S2.
  • Low power consumption.
  • Material categorization: for definitions of compliance please see www. vishay. com/doc?99912.
