Description
SiP41108 is a high-speed half-bridge MOSFET driver with adaptive shoot-through protection for use in high frequency, high current, multiphase dc-to-dc synchronous rectifier buck power supplies.
It is designed to operate at switching frequencies up to 1 MHz.
