TPD1034F TOSHIBA Intelligent Power Device Silicon Monolithic Power MOS Integrated Circuit TPD1034F High-side Power Switch for Motors, Solenoids, and Lamp Drivers The TPD1034F is a monolithic power IC for high-side switches.
