Description

The XE61C series is a highly precise, low power consumption voltage detector, manufactured using CMOS process and laser trimming technologies.

Detect voltage is extremely accurate with minimal temperature drift.

Both CMOS and N-ch open drain output configurations are available.

XE61C Series Standard Voltage Detectors (VDF=1.6V~6.0V) ETR0208-014 ■GENERAL DESCRIPTION The XE61C series is a highly precise, low power consumption voltage detector, manufactured using CMOS process and laser trimming technologies. Detect voltage is extremely accurate with minimal temperature drift. Both CMOS and N-ch open drain output configurations are available.
