Description

The HV08 is a 24-channel column driver IC designed for general purpose electroluminescent display use.

Features

  • o TTL-compatible imputs o Up to 70V modulation voltage o Capability of 16 levels of gray shading o 6MHz data shift rate o 24 Outputs per device (can be cascaded) o Minimum 40mA high-voltage output source/sink capability o Pin-programmable shift direction o D/A conversion can be performed in as little as 3~S o Diodes in output structure allow usage in energy recovery systems (non-gray shaded) o Integrated high-voltage CMOS technology o Available in 44-lead ceramic J-bend package or in die form G.
