  • Horizontal register: 3.3 to 5.0V drive.
  • Reset gate: 3.3 to 5.0V drive.
  • No voltage adjustment (Reset gate and substrate bias are not adjusted. ).
  • Low dark current and excellent antiblooming characteristics.
  • Continuous variable-speed shutt.
