ILX518K - 5363-pixel X 3 line CCD Linear Sensor

Description

The ILX518K is a reduction type CCD linear sensor developed for color image scanner.

This sensor reads legal-size documents at a density of 600 DPI, and A3-size documents at a density of 400 DPI.

  • Pixel size: 8µm × 8µm (8µm pitch).
