Si5361/Si5362/Si5363 18-Output, Any-Frequency, Any-Output Jitter Attenuators/Clock Multipliers with Ultra-Low Jitter
Si5361/62/63 Jitter Attenuators combine fifth-generation DSPLL™ and MultiSynth™ technologies with an ultra-low jitter VCO to deliver ultra-low jitter (<55 fs) for high-performance applications like 112G and 224G SerDes and Coherent Optics. They are used in applications that demand the highest level of integration and jitter performance. All PLL components are integrated on-chip, eliminating the risk of noise coupling associated with discrete solutions. The Si5361 has a single DSPLL with two MultiSynths; the Si5362 has two DSPLLs with one MultiSynth, and the Si5363 has three DSPLLs.
