The SKY67216-11 is a high performance, Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA) designed for use in 500 to 1200 MHz wireless infrastructure applications.

The device consists of a single high linearity, LNA and all associated matching components.

  • Optimized for 500 to 1200 MHz operation.
  • Noise Figure: 0.62 dB typical @ 850 MHz.
  • Gain: 19.1 dB typical @ 850 MHz.
  • Input return loss: 17 dB typical @ 850 MHz.
  • Output return loss: 18 dB typical @ 850 MHz.
  • Operating voltage range: 3.3 to 5.0 V.
  • Adjustable supply current: 30 to 120 mA.
