The device is provided in a 1.2 x 1.2 x 0.35 mm 9-pin CSP package.

Features

Adjustable gain, output power, and current consumption.
Max enhanced data rate output power: +11.5 dBm with support for a Bluetooth® port.
Wide supply range: 1.7 to 3.6 V.
High ESD rating: 2 kV.
Low sleep current: < 1 uA.
Low Rx bypass loss.
