SMV2023 - Hyperabrupt Junction Tuning Varactors

Download the SMV2023 datasheet PDF. This datasheet also covers the SMV2019 variant, as both devices belong to the same hyperabrupt junction tuning varactors family and are provided as variant models within a single manufacturer datasheet.

Description

The SMV2019 to SMV2023 series are silicon hyperabrupt junction varactor diodes.

The capacitance ratio and low series resistance of these varactors make them attractive for low phase noise voltage-controlled oscillators (VCOs) in wireless systems.

Features

  • Low series resistance.
  • High-capacitance ratio at low reverse voltage.
  • Packages rated MSL1, 260 °C per JEDEC J-STD-020 Skyworks Green™ products are compliant with all applicable legislation and are halogen-free. For additional information, refer to Skyworks Definition of Green™, document number SQ04-0074.
