Description

The SMV1247-SMV1255 group of silicon hyperabrupt junction varactor diodes is designed for use in Voltage Controlled Oscillators (VCOs) with a low tuning voltage operation.

This group of varactors is characterized for capacitance and resistance over temperature.

Features

  • High capacitance ratio: C0.3V/C4.7V = 12 typical.
  • Packages rated MSL1, 260 °C per JEDEC J-STD-020 Skyworks GreenTM products are compliant with all applicable legislation and are halogen-free. For additional information, refer to Skyworks Definition of GreenTM, document number SQ04.
