The SY26533 is a high efficiency, current-mode control, asynchronous Boost converter with an integrated 400mΩ RDS(ON) N-channel MOSFET.

The fixed 1MHz switching frequency and internal compensation reduce external component count and save PCB space.

SY26533 High Efficiency 1MHz, 33V Output, Boost Converter General Description The SY26533 is a high efficiency, current-mode control, asynchronous Boost converter with an integrated 400mΩ RDS(ON) N-channel MOSFET. The fixed 1MHz switching frequency and internal compensation reduce external component count and save PCB space. The built-in internal soft start circuitry minimizes the inrush current at start-up. When disabled SY26533 consumes only 5 µA of quiescent current to save power. The device offers cycle-by-cycle current and thermal protections to ensure reliable operation.
