IL250 - BIDIRECTIONAL INPUT OPTOCOUPLER

Description

The IL/ILD250/251/252 are bidirectional input optically coupled isolators consisting of two Gallium Arsenide infrared LEDs coupled to a silicon NPN phototransistor per channel.
