SiT1618B - High Temperature Oscillator

Description

H[1]: specified frequency output L: output is high impedance.

Only output driver is disabled.

OE/S̅ T̅ ̅ /NC Standby L: output is low (weak pull down).

Features

  • 33 standard frequencies between 7.3728 MHz and 48 MHz.
  • Supply voltage of 1.8 V or 2.5 V to 3.3 V continuous.
  • Operating temperature from -40°C to 125°C. For -55°C option, refer to SiT8920 and SiT8921.
  • Excellent total frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm.
  • Low power consumption of 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V.
  • LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible output.
  • Industry-standard packages: 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, 7.0 x 5.0 mm x mm.
