PC8171x NSZ1B Series contains an IRED optically coupled to a phototransistor. It is packaged in a 4-pin DIP. Input-output isolation voltage(rms) is 5k V. Collector-emitter voltage is 80V. CTR is 100% to 600% (at IF=0.5m A,VCE=5V,Ta=25℃)
