The LC877448A, LC877440A, LC877432A and LC877424A are 8 bit single chip microcontrollers with the following on-chip functional blocks: • CPU: operable at a minimum bus cycle time of 100ns • On-chip ROM Maximum Capacity: LC877448A 48K bytes LC877440A 40K bytes LC877432A 32K bytes LC877424A 24K bytes • On-chip RAM capacity: 1536 bytes • LCD controller / driver • 16 bit timer / counter (can be divided into 8 bit timers) • 16 bit timer (can be divided into 8 bit timers, 8 bit timer can be PWM) • Four 8 bit timer with prescalers • Timer for use as date / time clock • Synchronous serial I/O port (with automatic block tr
