Features

Each Half-bridge Circuit Consists of a Pre-driver IC.
In Case of Abnormal Operation, All Outputs Shut Down via Three FO Pins Connected Together.
Built-in Bootstrap Diodes with Current Limiting Resistors (22 Ω).
CMOS-compatible Input (3.3 V or 5 V).
Bare Lead Frame: Pb-free (RoHS Compliant).
Isolation Voltage: 2500 V (for 1 min), UL-recognized Component (File No. : E118037).
Fault Signal Output at Protection Activation.
Protections Include: Undervoltage Loc.
