VN808CM-32-E - Octal channel high-side driver

Description

The VN808CM-E and VN808CM-32-E are monolithic devices designed with STMicroelectronics VIPower M0-3 technology, intended to drive any kind of load with one side connected to ground.

It can be driven by using a 3.3 V logic supply.

  • Junction overtemperature protection.
  • Case overtemperature protection for thermal independence of the channels.
  • Current limitation.
  • Shorted load protection.
  • Undervoltage shutdown.
  • Protection against loss of ground.
  • Very low standby current.
