LD3980 - Low drop - Low supply voltage Low ESR capacitor compatible

Description

The LD3980 provides up to 300mA, from 1.7V to 3.6V input voltage.

It can deliver a guaranteed 300mA continuous load current with a low 100mV dropout.

It is stable with ceramic capacitor.
