L99VR02J - Automotive linear voltage regulator

Description

L99VR02J is a low dropout linear voltage regulator designed for automotive applications available in PowerSSO-12 packages.

The LDO delivers up to 500 mA of load current.

It consumes as low as 1 μA of quiescent current when the regulator is disabled.
