L5300EPT - Automotive 5V low dropout voltage regulator

Description

L5300EPT is a low dropout linear regulator with ON/OFF control.

In addition, only low value ceramic capacitor is required for stability (above or equal 220 nF).

Typical quiescent current is 55 µA in light load conditions.
