The SITLE24V2BNQ is a transient voltage suppressor designed to protect two automotive Controller Area Network (CAN) bus lines from the damage caused by ESD and other transients.

Key Features

  • Reverse stand-off voltage: 24V Max.
  • Transient protection for each line according to IEC61000-4-2 (ESD): ±30kV (contact discharge) : ±30kV (air discharge) ISO 10605 (ESD): ±30kV (contact discharge) IEC61000-4-5 (surge): 8A (8/20μs).
  • Capacitance: CJ = 10pF typ.
  • Low leakage current.
  • Low clamping voltage: VCL = 30V typ. @ IPP = 16A (TLP).
  • Solid-state silicon technology.
  • Device meets MSL 1 requirements.
  • AEC-Q101 qualified.
