Description

NR301E and NR302A are linear regulator ICs whose maximum output current is 1 A.

Output voltage is adjusted by external resistors.

The IC uses the 8 pin surface mount package with exposed thermal pad.

Output voltage is adjusted by external resistors. The IC uses the 8 pin surface mount package with exposed thermal pad.
