BU4094BCFV - 8-bit compatible shift / store register

Description

The BU4094BC/BCF/BCFV are shift/store register composed of 8 bit shift register and 8 bit latch.

The read data in the shift register can be taken in the latch through the asynchronous strobe input; therefore, the data transfer mode can hold output.
