The RTQ2539C is a high-current (3A), low-noise (6.8VRMS), high accuracy (1% over line, load, and temperature), low-dropout linear regulator (LDO) capable of sourcing 3A with extremely low dropout (max.

180mV for RTQ2539CGQV and max.

130mV for RTQ2539CGQWF).

RTQ2539C 3A, 6.5V, Low Noise, Low Dropout Linear Regulator 1 General Description The RTQ2539C is a high-current (3A), low-noise (6.8VRMS), high accuracy (1% over line, load, and temperature), low-dropout linear regulator (LDO) capable of sourcing 3A with extremely low dropout (max. 180mV for RTQ2539CGQV and max. 130mV for RTQ2539CGQWF). The device supports single input supply voltage as low to 1.1V, which makes it easy to use. The low-noise, high PSRR and high output current capability makes the RTQ2539C ideal to power noisesensitive devices such as analog-to-digital converters (ADCs), digital-to-analog converters (DACs), and RF components.
