  • High Efficient Internal Power MOSFET Switch- 20mΩ (High-Side) and 10mΩ (Low-Side).
  • Fixed 3.3V (RT6318B) and 5V (RT6318C) LDOs Output Supply 100mA.
  • Pre-biased Soft-Start.
