The RT9198T performance is optimized for z Fast Response in Line/Load Transient battery-powered systems to deliver ultra low noise and z Quick Start-Up (Typically 50us) low quiescent current. Regulator ground current increases z < 0.01uA Standby Current When Shutdown only slightly in dropout, further prolonging the battery life. z Low Dropout : 220mV @ 300mA The RT9198T also works with low-ESR ceramic capacitors, z Wide Operating Voltage Ranges : 2.5V to 5.
