RAA808015A, RAA808015B 2.7V to 5.5V Input, 5A Synchronous Buck Regulators Datasheet The RAA808015A/B family (RAA808015A, RAA808015B) is a 5A synchronous buck regulator with an input range of 2.7V to 5.5V. It provides an easy-to-use, high-efficiency low BOM count solution for a variety of applications. The RAA808015A integrates both high-side and low-side MOSFETs and features a PFM mode for improved efficiency at light loads. This feature can be disabled if forced PWM option (RAA808015B) is required.
