ISL81100 100V Synchronous Buck Controller Datasheet Description The ISL81100 is a synchronous buck controller that generates a stepped-down output for various applications in industrial and general-purpose segments. Its wide input and output voltage ranges make it suitable for telecommunication, data center, and computing applications. The ISL81100 uses fixed frequency peak current mode PWM control. It has a voltage regulator, current monitor, and average current regulator to provide independent average voltage and current control. The internal oscillator is adjustable from 100kHz to 2MHz and can be synchronized to an external clock signal for frequency synchronization and phase interleaving applications. It can also support accurate, current sharing for parallel applications.
