It was designed to operate from a single +1.8V to +6.5V supply and can pass signals that swing down to 6.5V below the positive supply rail. Targeted applications include battery powered equipment that benefit from low rON (1 high off-isolation (80dB) and fast switching speeds (tON = 40ns, tOFF = 30ns). The digital logic input is 1.8V logic-compatible when using a single +3V supply.
