The RS3G04 Triple inverter gate is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation.
The RS3G04 device performs the Boolean function Y=A̅.
The CMOS device has high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation over a broad VCC operating range.
The RS3G04 is available in Green MSOP-8 and DFN1.4×1.0-8L packages. It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
