The RS2G14 Dual Schmitt-trigger inverter is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation.

The RS2G14 device contains two inverter and performs the Boolean function Y= A̅ .

  • Low Power Consumption:1µA (Max).
  • Operating Temperature Range: -40°C to +125°C.
  • Input Accept Voltage to 5.5V.
