General Description
This 4-bit non-inverting translator is a bidirectional voltagelevel translator and can be used to establish digital switching compatibility between mixed-voltage systems.
Key Features
- No Direction-Control.
- Data Rates 100Mbps.
- 1.2V to 3.6V on A ports and 1.65V to 5.5V on B Ports (VCCA≤VCCB).
- VCC Isolation Feature: If Either VCC Input is at GND, Both Ports are in the HighImpedance State.
- Output Enable (OE) Input Circuit Referenced to VCCA.
- Low Power Consumption,10µA Maximum ICC.
- No Power-Supply Sequencing Required: Either VCCA or VCCB can be Ramped First.
- IOFF: Supports Partial-Power-Down Mode Operation.
