BD9B406NF-Z is one of the BD9Bx06NF-Z series of single synchronous buck DC/DC converter with built-in low on-resistance power MOSFETs.

It can provide current up to 4 A.

The output voltage can achieve a high accuracy due to ±1 % reference voltage.
