RCA-40250, 40250Vl, and 40251 are "HOMETAXIAL"BASE diffused-junction, silicon n-p-n transistors intendedfora wide variety of intermediate- and high-power applications. These transistors are especially suitable for use in audio and inverter circuits in 12-volt mobile radio and portable communications equipment.
Type 40250Vl, with an attached heat radiator, is intended for those applications which require a rugged transistor for mounting on a printed-circuit board.
