Description

The RA8802/8820 is a Character/Graphic dot-matrix liquid crystal display controller (LCD) with embedded 512K Byte Font ROM.

The RA8802 supports up to 320x240 LCD panel size and RA8820 supports up to 240x160.

In tradition, users need a graphic LCM to display Chinese characters.
